Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised intern to join our Logistics & Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the daily workings of a luxury jewellery brand that blends art, sustainability, and innovation.
As a Logistics & Operations Intern, you will assist in ensuring that our production and order processes run smoothly from the studio to the client. You will work closely with the Operations and other departments to support fulfilment, inventory, and logistics while learning about the back-end operations of a fast-growing luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
> Support order processing and tracking (B2B & B2C)
> Assist in inventory management through Shopify
> Help maintain accurate stock levels and records
> Assist with shipping and logistics coordination, including international shipments and hallmarking (Waarborg)
> Work on production and repair tracking (NL & BKK)
> Update and manage master data sheets, product lists, and stock reports
> Help prepare orders for events, trunk shows, and pop-ups
> Support the Sales and Customer Service team with updates on order status
> Assist in day-to-day operations and process optimisation projects
Profile
> Currently studying or recently graduated in Logistics, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field
> Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
> Interested in sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
> Good command of English
> Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
> Experience with Shopify or HubSpot is a bonus, not required
> Available for a minimum of 4 months (5 days per week preferred)
