If the item you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched from our studio within 24 hours (on working days).

If the item is not in stock, it will be specially crafted for you. In this case, your piece will be dispatched within 6–8 weeks.

If you live in the Netherlands, we strive to deliver your order within 1–2 working days. If you live in the EU, we strive to deliver your order within 1–3 working days. If you live in the USA, we strive to deliver your order within 1–5 working days.

Yes. You can arrange with one of our jewellery experts the best suitable time for you to collect your order from our Amsterdam studio here.

If you want to return your purchase you can do so within 30 days after the order has been delivered to the delivery address.

Please contact our jewellery experts here and they will arrange a collection for the items you would like to return to us. If you would like to exchange your order our jewellery experts can also assist you. If you would like a refund we will process this back to the original payment method.

Yes. If you would like to send your items to different addresses, please leave instructions in the notes at checkout, or contact our jewellery experts who will be able to assist with your request.

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email or text notification with your tracking number.

Your piece will be placed in a Bibi van der Velden box, which includes a locally handmade jewellery pouch, certificate of authenticity, and care instructions for the piece. We endeavour to reduce our plastic use, so your order is sent in a carton box with no plastic fillings.

Creating a Bibi van der Velden online account will allow you to track your online order directly. It will also allow you to check-out faster next time you shop, as you will not need to re-enter your personal data.
