Background

Bibi van der Velden’s jewellery embodies a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and a deep commitment to sustainability and transparency. Since the brand’s inception, Bibi has maintained these core values throughout her luxury supply chain.

Her designs draw inspiration from nature and the animal kingdom, consistently showcasing a whimsical and imaginative style. Each piece is hand-sketched and hand-carved in wax by Bibi herself, using a conscious selection of sustainable and rare materials such as 60,000-year-old mammoth tusk, ostrich eggs, and scarab wings.

The business has grown double digit year-on-year and is now a multi-million Euro business. The ambition for the future is to continue growing and establishing the brand as a globally recognised name in fine jewellery, built around Bibi’s inspiration and sculptural background. By focusing on creating and distributing innovative jewellery pieces that reflect the brand's artistic vision, we aim to evolve our signature style while staying rooted in Bibi's sculptural influences.

The Operations Manager, together with the Design team spearheaded by Bibi, will play a key role. We are looking for someone who understands the manufacturing process, is analytical, extremely organised, and has a passion for detail.

A go-getter that can work independently but also enjoys working in a team and managing the logistics specialist.
